Total Gem

We lived there for over three years and loved it, already miss it. Staff has been there for many years and truly care for the property and us, as tenants. Units are basic but very clean and nice and pool, gym and grounds are top quality. Location is great too.

Great Place To Live

My family has lived at this property for 10+ years. 2025 is their best year yet because of how on top of everything the office staff and the maintenance team is. They're kind, they keep great communication/lease updates, and they work so hard to make sure our families are taken care of before heading home to their own. Prospective movers should be mindful, though, of restricted parking. It is a gated community with plenty signs posted that your car will be towed if it does not have the property… permit posted. This gives priority parking to residents only. The complex is also right next to the OC Fairgrounds, so this enforcement gives that much more priority to the residents, especially during fair/event times. If you're looking for a safe, simple, and friendly spot, Pinecreek it is. If you're looking for a property you can take advantage of and disrespect, kindly move on.

Love this place!

10/10! Office staff is super helpful and nice, Maintenance team is on it and very friendly. Super well maintained. Very Quiet and peaceful place to live!
