Awesome Property

One of the nicest and well-maintained mobile home parks I've ever seen. This property is so cute and such a wonderful location to live. You can definitely tell that the staff take pride in and care for their property. Also gated, always a plus! Such a great community and worth the price!

Reasonable, Private, Clean

Property is clean, well maintained, and a pretty calm area, Newly gated community community now so we don't have any unwanted activity. Laundry facility on sight and has a responsive manager. The maintenance is equipped with the proper tools to repair what is needed and if they dont they hire someone that can do it.

This park has turned to a very well maintained property. The staff take pride in making this park a great place to live. Nicole, Property Manager, is very helpful and informative.

Nice - Clean - Affordable

Well I went and toured the units available for rent the other day. Nicole, the manager, was very pleasant and informative. I like the little park. Very quaint. I have submitted an application and hope to be moving in at the end of the month.

Adorable Homes

This mobile home park is very well maintained. You can really see that the on site staff cares about their property, and put all of their effort into the work and up keep of their homes/property. Their remodeled mobile home units are so adorable and comfy! You definitely get all of the homey vibes here. Nicole was so kind and really gave us all of the information we were looking for! Great prices for great homes!
