The managment is no good. Very much profit focused operations.

Paularino Apartments

The management company overseeing this apartment complex is really bad and won't fix a lot of things, or wait months to do the repair. The apartments are small, with no storage, very small closet space, and the building is in need of tenting for termites. To many loud screaming kids that don't live here bombard the pool and ruin it for the residents.
