Excellent Property Managers
I have lived here for 18 months now, and i have never once seen the property look rundown or neglected. Weekly landscaping and maintenance of the property keeps the place looking amazing, and the tenants are all quiet and friendly. Families live here too! I'm a college student and really enjoy the proximity to school. The units are well maintained and the property manager is always quick to solve repairs. Cant recommend enough

Nice, new, but noisy at times
New appliances, really nice community gym/fitness center, pool, jaccuzzi and gas BBQ. Very pet-friendly. You will hear your neighbors as walls/floors are very thin. Felt like college dorms 2.0. Very social if you'd like it to be. Mostly 20 and 30-somethings.

Excellent Studio experience!
Moved here in January 2015 after living with roommates all my life. The experience so far has been wonderful. The unit had the kitchen re done, was plenty spacious for me and clean carpets. The complex also comes with a great outdoor area for hanging out in the summer, pool, an amazing club house, quiet study rooms and closed car ports for parking my car safely. The community is also gated and 1 block from the beach.
The management has been very friendly, and are constantly renovating the... complex. Granted the rent is a little steep, you definitely do pay for location, convenience and the ability to live on your own. Overall, very positive experience :)
