Cienega Gardens Apartments

This entire apt complex just got remodeled, inside and out during the year 2019, 2 new colorful and modern playgrounds, new swimming pool w built in electric chair to lower and raise those who need assist. new office, new rec room, new walkways, newly planted trees and a variety of plants thru out the entire property, newly paved driveways and carports, new facade on ea building, new stair rails, new outdoor lighting, thick blanket of green grass thru out the complex, new signs, all apts got... wooded tile floors w bedrooms getting new carpet, new counter tops, new cabinets, new blinds, fresh paint, doors, locks, closet doors, indoor modern light fixtures in all rooms. New management and the residents keep to themselves but are friendly, hardly ever see a police car, ample parking, decent size for apts, no smoking anywhere in or on property, we're in the Charter Oak School District and were practically bordering San Dimas and you gave this place 1 star based on reviews as part of your criteria?? There arent any reviews on here anyways so I thought I'd help you out a bit, maybe you all need to update your files with some new pics, this is a very very nice complex, anything under 4 stars is a disservice to all the beautiful work done during 2019, the effort you've put into reevaluating properties is the only thing 1 star around here.
