I have set this unit up for self-viewings AFTER you read the steps below and you respond to me. Single occupancy only. Minimum a year lease.

Rent is $1100/month for a furnished private studio w/full kitchen & a bathroom with a shower.

I prefer to rent my units to the WORKING FORCE here in Mammoth Lakes.
Prospect tenants should be Mammoth residents, have a job established & have local references from a previous owner. I will prioritize a tenant that will consider this home for longer than a year

My Rental price is lower than the current market value, because it comes with the added responsibility to run my snowblower from unit 6 to the front gate (just the width of the snowblower and the short walkway to unit 1 & 2
Please keep in mind that on snow mornings you will to wake up a 1/2 hour earlier to do this.
Prospects who work regular office hours or evenings will find this easier

It will also be necessary to keep icecles clear from all windows, and a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must plugged in and stay on!

This is a very clean, cute, and quirky studio with a full kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. Why quirky? Because the bathroom is between the main studio and the kitchen which was an addition by a previous owner. You can also enter the kitchen by the deck.

Tenant pays for electricity, propane & internet. Utilities to be set up on your name to receive keys on our scheduled move-in date

It is partially furnished with a comfy green big sofa, a bed, a coffee table and a full size bed. The kitchen has a Refrigerator, cooking stove and a water heater included.

This place has a delicate septic tank, which requires being very mindful about not sending any grease/hair down the pipes plus more... If you ever lived in a motor home, you understand the limitations of sending grey water down the drain. I have plenty of advice on this, it is just getting used to it.

We are located in Long Valley which is 11 miles South of Mammoth and 5 miles north of Crowley Lake town.
