My Rental price of $1100 is lower than the current market value of $1424 according to this site, because it comes with the added responsibility to run the snowblower from this unit to the front gate along the driveway, but just one pass will do. Please keep in mind that on snow mornings you will have get up a 1/2 hour earlier to do this.
I beleive this is easier for a male to do, so I encourage a male to move in, but I understand that you might be a very strong female. If you prefer not to pass the snowblower then the rent would be $1300. Prospect tenant would need to keep a clear walk path to the outside faucet, to make sure that it drips all year around to prevent the main pipe from freezing in winter. This faucet has a heating tape plugged into this unit that must be plugged in and stay on! All of us in the other units we keep icecles away from our windows
Tenant pays for electricity, propane & internet. Utilities are to be set up on your name to receive keys on your scheduled move-in date

My 6 studios complex is one of the historical original motels and all houses here in Long Valley we have old & delicate septic tanks, which requires being very mindful about not sending down the drain any grease/hair. I have plenty of advice on this, it is just being willling to get used to it.
