This place rules
My girlfriend and I looked at so many apartments on the west side of LA and we were mostly underwhelmed. Luckily we found this place before they had a chance to even list it. It's a beautiful and recently updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath townhouse with a nice corner patio where our pup likes to hang out. We're within walking distance of my band's practice space, culver center, a great veterinarian, and plenty of amazing restaurants. The neighborhood is relatively quiet considering it's proximity to... Venice blvd and the neighbors are very friendly. Lots of people in the neighborhood have dogs so if you have one you'll be in good company on your walks.
The only complaint we have is that the management company is not terribly responsive so if you need something fixed quickly you'll probably end up doing it yourself for the most part. When they do send out someone for maintenance, the handy man is really nice and helpful.
Needless to say, we probably won't be moving out of this place unless it's time to move into a house. We love it here!
