Avoid this place
This is by far one of the worst places I’ve ever lived in, especially for how expensive it is. You’d expect premium living for the price, but instead you get safety issues, constant plumbing problems (swimming pool and jacuzzi basically under maintenance 2 weeks each month), and no hot water at least once a month. It’s completely unacceptable.
Noise is relentless. I work remotely and have to wear noise-canceling headphones all day. Even with all the windows shut, the sirens, honking, and... traffic never stop. There’s a small hospital one block away, so ambulances and fire trucks are going by constantly. The traffic at the nearby intersection is also a nightmare at all hours. Getting in and out is a hassle.
Management is a joke. They act super friendly at first, but once you move in, they become unresponsive unless you repeatedly complain.
Moving trucks are here every week. People move in, realize the reality of this building, and move right back out. There’s constant turnover, which says everything you need to know about the quality of living here.
Thankfully, there are plenty of newer, quieter, and far better-managed buildings nearby. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. We understand how frustrating disruptions related to plumbing, noise, and maintenance can be, particularly when working remotely from home.
Regarding the plumbing concerns mentioned... , some of the underlying infrastructure issues were inherited prior to our ownership of the property. Since acquiring the building, our team has invested significant time and resources into addressing and improving those systems in an effort to provide a more reliable resident experience moving forward.
We also recognize that city living, nearby traffic, and emergency vehicle activity can be challenging for some residents, and we appreciate your feedback regarding communication and responsiveness from management. Resident feedback is taken seriously and helps us continue improving both operations and service. We wish you the very best in your next home.
