Arbor Court is a cypress jewel. It is newly painted now and management is detailed and cheerful. I have lived here 3 years. There is a great well kept pool and gym . Laundry is always available. Grounds are beautuful.. And when needed , experienced maintenance is prompt. There is easy parking and the best restaurants ever close by Enjoy!??

Horrible building. No peace
Apartments are HOT and NO insulation of sound. If your neighbor snores or watches TV or walks, your hearing it, good luck napping or sleeping on your neighbors schedule. One crusty bedroom wall unit in the place. Hot summers, upstairs is worse. Save your time and go around the corner to CYPRESS TOWN PARK APARTMENTS with Central Air and same rent for better units, great manager.

I loved living here!
Although I was a resident here a decade ago, I loved AC. This was my 1st ever apt.
PROS: The grounds were kept up beautifully on a weekly basis, on-site management and maintenance were always eager to assist in any issue (I had an AC unit that didn’t work, they installed a brand new one w/remote, no less. My kitchen sink developed a leak, they fixed it ASAP!). Even though my unit was only 920 sq ft, it felt cozy and roomy (I loved my big bedroom—-bigger than my current one in our 2-Story... townhouse!), the enclosed patio was cozy too, just big enuff for a table and chairs for evening meals outside. Pool/BBQ area were always clean and tidy.
CONS: For the rent, having an in-unit refrigerator and microwave, would’ve been nice, as I had to buy my own. Laundry room was so-so (from the pix, it’s been updated!), I could nvr get an avail machine, so I had to do my laundry at night. Neighbors were quiet for the most part, with one exception: a tenant across the way with mental issues used to yell at passers-by, myself and my son included, and rarely a dog mess on the lawn (there were several doggy waste stations arnd the complex).
Looking at the new and freshly updated units now, I would’ve loved that! The rent has gone up measurably (mine was $1425/mo and I thought it was pretty steep then), but alas, all the convenient amenities cost money!
All in all, this complex was and still is, well maintained and beautiful. I wish I could move back to good ol unit #91.....

Clean and Decent Place to Live
The apartment unit is poorly planned. The kitchen is all the way inside with no window nor a door. There is no airflow in the kitchen even if you open the slide door and front door and turn on the wobbly ceiling fan. Its hot inside all the time. The bathroom sink faucet sits far away from the sink and the counter constantly floods. There is an archaic A/C unit in the bedroom where we prefer to chill in the hot summer days err all year long. The grass used to be well maintained but now have... turned brown; I'm glad I am not a dog relieving myself on the brown crispy ground. The front gated entrance is always wide open and unlocked at night. Positive things: my surrounding neighbors are mellow and quiet, the pool is always clean, there is night patrol, laundry room is open 24/7 so be sure to avoid getting a unit near the laundry room and the pool area where it stays loud past 10 pm.
