Calm, Kids, Close to Groccery Store
This complex is fairly calm. The residents are nice. Since there are quite a few families living here there a lot of younger children and so I would not describe the complex as very quiet, but tolerable. The interior is a little dated and maintenance is a little slow to respond, but I am content with the apartment. The rent is high for the overall area, but the immediate area is nice. I have particularly enjoyed being a 3 minute walk away from the local grocery store.
