Bad management
You should be little careful while applying to this property. You have to do continuous follow up by calling them every day, otherwise you don't get a chance to talk about the available units. First of all the manager will not be available on the site most of the times, it's hard to get hold of them in the property premises when you want to apply or look at the available units or tour the property. If you try to get hold of the manager by phone call you should be lucky if the manager lift your... calls and leaving voce mails is no use. Unfortunately if you submit the application it is the responsibility of the applicant to follow up every day.
