terrible management and condition

Very old apartment with anything falling apart, the manger is always rude and lazy, the maintenance team is just imply not doing their job or they're just not capable of doing what they are supposed to do. Avoid this place if you can.

Old, broken and poorly managed

this place is old, everything is broken and the management is awfully unpleasant. Probably one of the worst in Davis.
