Our 2-story townhouses include a fully equipped kitchen, 1.5-2 full bathrooms, a sunroom, a fireplace, and spacious living and dining areas. The bedrooms are spacious enough to be occupied as singles or doubles. Amenities include on-site laundry, a large open parking lot (parking passes are free of charge) and a pool and hot tub. We pay for water, sewage and garbage; residents only pay for PG&E and internet. We also provide and pay for weekly pest control and weekly landscaping for common areas.
Pets are welcome with a pet deposit and no monthly pet rent.

I’ve had an excellent experience living at Le Tournesol Townhomes. The property is consistently clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed, making it a comfortable and welcoming place to call home. The community itself feels safe and friendly, and it’s clear that a lot of care goes into keeping everything running smoothly. What really sets this place apart, though, is the manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to the residents’ well-being. Any questions or... concerns are handled quickly and with care, which makes a huge difference in day-to-day living. It’s rare to find management that is both efficient and personable, but this complex has exactly that. Overall, I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-managed place to live.

There are better places
Only housed here since all others were taken. For the rent price(and only increasing), it is not worth the money for the amenities that are provided. Laundry/drying machine takes quarters only and does not fit too much and not even in your own apartment. No studying lounge/printer. Plus it’s pretty obvious that the housing isn’t its “best condition” even thought manager claims it’s been remodeled for you
