Nice interior layout, good location, and affordable
The epitome of don’t judge a book by its cover. Not the best looking apartment complex but you will love it once you move in if you’re looking to live near campus, have spacious living areas/bedrooms, and to be a walk away from downtown. It’s also really close to several shopping centers and close to F street park.
Cons: You can hear some of the noise from upstairs depending on your upstairs neighbors, but not debilitating. The street and train noise is there but you get to used it over time.... Amenities are basic.
Pros: Really friendly staff and work orders are very quick to be fulfilled and they offer free WiFi and some furnishings in the bedroom, such as the drawers and desk. The interior layout of the apartment itself is arrayed quite nicely so that it feels spacious.
Why we gave it 4 stars instead of 3: compared to other apartments that we have lived in (which had more amenities ) this apartment has offered a really nice space to live in for the past 3+ years due to its large square footage/layout at a good price and friendly staff :)
