Pennsylvania Place

This apartment has wood floors and is very neighbor friendly. It is great with everything built in including desks and drawers and shelves in the two rooms. The only thing I don't like is that it is close to the train tracks. Also I have to keep bugging management in order to get things done.

This is a great place to live if you want a little bit of everything! The apartments themselves are pretty nice; not luxurious or anything (not that that'd be helpful to us UCD students) but as the title says, you get definitely get a bang for your buck. Hardwood floors, tile kitchen floor, faux marble countertop. No carpet anywhere, which makes cleaning so much easier. My favorite thing about these apartments is that the bedrooms come with built in furniture! Space and money saver. Comes with... built in desk, drawer, vanity/dresser. They are also conveniently located. Has TWO bus stops right in front of them - E and L line. It is also close enough to downtown (walking distance) to provide you with all that DT has to offer but also far enough so that the noise and bustle of DT doesn't bother you. The only reasons it didn't get 5 stars are these: 1. Not the fastest on maintenance reports/repairs 2. Next to railroad tracks (although honestly, you don't even hear them anymore after a few days of living there) and 3. Wish it was a little bigger.
