Just moved in

My husband and I just moved in to this complex, we love it here!

The whole property is so clean, the maintenance staff is always professional and the ladies in the office Alicia and Michelle are the most welcoming office staff we have met.

It has been a short 2 months but very peaceful and full of happiness.

As a resident of three years at Grapevine Villa I must share the beautiful changes in the last year with Alicia and her new staff have been very delightful. Alicia and Michelle have truly made Grapevine a resort living community.

Beautiful property

I’ve been touring a couple of places in Delano and Bakersfield and I have to say this property literally WOW! The entire property is resort style and the office staff were so amazing and professional! They even gave me complimentary coffee while I toured with them. I submitted my application and I will be moving in by the need of the month! I’m soooo excited ! Definitely will be referring ALL my family and friends who are looking for a new place!
