Our home includes:
• Spacious living room and separate dining area
• Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, utensils and even basic ingredients :)
• Washer and dryer
• Fast Wi-Fi and comfortable workspaces
• Individual AC units (heating or cooling) and TV for every room
• Cozy outdoor areas, shaded, for resting reading and chilling with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening!
The house is filled with carefully selected vintage furniture and cozy reading corners. It’s personal, welcoming, and lived-in, created by Airbnb superhosts with 15 years of experience.
Most utilities are included - electricity is capped with $200 per month, any addition will be billed. Let me know if you have any questions about that.
We welcome monthly stays of the entire home.
We can also offer only one room in shared space for $1800, all utilitles included.
Desert Hot Springs’ mineral spa resorts are only about 2 minutes away, with great day passes. Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, and everyday essentials are also 3 minutes nearby.
