Downey Court Apartment

My apartment complex is ok it has strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths -
-The complex is pretty big, but there are three buildings which make the property feel a bit more intimate.
-My neighbors were friendly. Occasionally there were some fights and screams with couples living in other units, but nothing that resulted in police intervention.

Weaknesses:

-The parking. You only get one space per unit. I also tried paying extra for another space, but there was always a wait list and it was a bit… overpriced. Stewart and Gray is a really busy street. Many accidents on the corner of Rives. I counted 3 in less than a week.
- The units have an on-site gym. Pretty neat.
