Former tenant
We moved in October 2020 and moved out Jan 2022. This is NOT an ideal place to raise a family (especially if you have more than 2 kids). I am a neat person and no matter how much I cleaned our apt. It was infested with roaches. Not a single day, not a single thing would get them to go away. The neighbors are dirty, the area is dirty and trashy. No parking available and you can definitely count on not getting back your deposit (we didn’t). Manager Luis needs to step up his game. I do not regret... dumping out our sofa in the trash bin. Good luck.
