NO HOT WATER

If you like taking cold showers, washing your dishes in cold water, washing your face with cold water, etc.- this is your place. There is hardly ever any hot water. There are notices every other week about a plumbing company that's to come fix the water problem. It either doesn't happen or it just doesn't resolve the issue.

It could also be a way to get older tenants to move out before their lease ends, in order to raise the rent for incoming tenants.

P.S. You're required to purchase… renter's insurance or your agreed monthly rent can increase. As if the rent wasn't already high.
