canyon springs
alot of noise no peace management really trying but just residents dont think about other neighbors peace kids running, fixing cars at 4am to 6 am , kids looking threw windows and going in your garage when you are not around ( example: if you go quick to get something to the kitchen or bathroom then come out and kids inside your garage when you) no privacy at all

For the most part I am happy here. My neighbors sometimes dont realize they share a wall with someone and are too loud or have tv against the shared wall that they leave on all night.

Canyon Springs
Canyon Spring are a three bedroom two car garage town homes they are well maintained and the grounds also the rental staff is great as well as the maintenance staff also. The pros about this complex are that well situated in the middle of east county easy access to freeway and main streets shopping mall and groceries stores. The cons are they look a little outdated from outside and theres no hot tub there is a pool and kid pool area but no hot tub.
