We have lived here for the past 14 years . the manager is amazing goes above and beyond it is close to my kids school and my work. The only thing I would change would be if we could have some of the up grades like the newer apartments

I have lived here for over two years now, and I love this place. The apartments are big and spacious It’s a quiet neighborhood and overall seems very safe. Any maintenance requests I’ve ever had were taken care of expeditiously with no serious issues this far. The neighbors are just as friendly as the staff.

I’ve been a resident for over 8 plus years and I can definitely say this place is very well managed. The manager always goes above and beyond to make sure she takes care of any issues and is on top of maintenance requests. This is a really good place to raise your family.

My ac been down for 3 months now. Management got me a defective ac and promised to replace it. 2 monts later and I still haven't heard from them. I asked the manager more than 3 times to get it fixed, I gave up on them so i had to get my own ac because heat is brutal here in El Cajon. Expect nothing to get fix here.
