Worst living experience

Within the years apartments keep getting worst and worst. They don't have maintenance or management. Parking lot has a lot of potholes. Balconies look like they are going to fall, they look tilted down. Owners are extremely cheap, no manager on sight, there's always a new manager. When there's a problem the owner's son tries to fix everything without being certified, instead of hiring professionals.
