Majestic Apartments - ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED

The apartment was nice and cozy for the both of us, it was what we were looking for at the time. But they didn’t turn over a properly clean apartment to us. Toilet was so dirty from just being there covered not being used, and they didn’t even clean it before turning it over. And on top of that, it clogged like every week so we had to call maintenance and they didn’t do much because it was a continued problem. Also, be aware that there’s a possibility that your neighbor’s sink may clog and it… will all backed up into your sink as well, and water will be everywhere. When you move out, they will try to get everything from you, for even the dirty windows that they gave you, they will charge you for that. The units are very old as well as the furniture that comes with the apartment. There are a lot of stray animals that wander around the complex. I have also seen racoons in the parking lot and digging in trash cans during the night times. In addition to this, the homeless population often walks around the complex and digs in the trash cans. The laundry unit is usually kept pretty clean but it costs so much to wash and dry that I began going to the laundromat. The apartments itself are nice and… the lawns are maintained. The apartment is really old and small. The pool is always cold and not heated as they advertised. Also, Mr. Don is very rude and unprofessional when handling complaints. I'm moving out of here.
