Lazy Manager
The Apartments are a little outdated and some stuff may be renovated. Don't break anything because you will be a bother the manager. It takes about 10 times of requesting, 3-6 months. Another tip is get all your communication in writing. The manager is never really there. Also, took months to get a pool key. There is a lady there that does her stuff better than the manager. She cleans the parking lot, and dumpster area because the manager fails to upkeep the property. Managers kids are always... playing unsupervised outside. Scooters laying on the floor. Depending on how long you have been there you will get a rent increase to get the apartment up to market price.
