ubder progress management

under progress management this place went to trash. They lie to tenants about the actual safety and atmosphere and condition of this place. All was good until Victoria left...........

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT

They DON'T have a sauna or spa. Lights around the property are out they've yet to replace them. I don't feel safe going to check my mail at night. Neighbors in my unit have dogs that are constantly barking. The lagoon if that's what you want to call it is disgusting and a joke. Kids are loud and constantly crying ALL the time. And the property only has 2 trash cans that are constantly getting filled up and overflowing to the floor all the time. If you're really wanting to move here I recommend… you come in the AM and PM so you can truly see how it is night and day. Ohhhh....and be prepared to have your rent increased EVERY year when your lease is up. Rumor has it that they want to start charging for water. Ever since Hoban Management took over prices have sky rocketed. Beware
