Won’t return your security deposit when you move out

Anyone you are referred to that is supposed to help you get your security deposit never responds back. This management company is a joke!

Amazing

I move in this place last year and it’s amazing the manager is amazing she works with everyone n this place n is peaceful to live in and I had no problems at all here and people have their ups and downs and but they are amazing n great to live here come check it out and no roaches no rats nothing at all my kids feel safe here this is the best complex I ever live in El Cajon I been in El Cajon for 43 years and this is the most amazing apartment I live in have a bless day n stay bless

Sunset terrace apartments

This is a great place to live because you have so many different types of restaurants nearby, its like having a piece of every country in one city. There are many other things to do nearby the area like going hiking, taking a dip in the beautiful lakes nearby going to the mall and a drive thru theater. The staff is always very helpful and courteous, the building also has a small courtyard were the residents can take a dip in the pool when its summer. Unlike other apartments in this area these… apartments are very affordable and big which makes them great for families.
