Not a good place to live. Neighbors are noisy, rude and walk around openly with bongs or smoking pot outside. No amenities, only a small laundry room. Dog crap all over the sidewalk. People parking in unassigned spots, management that doesn't tow, says they will. New property management company that seems sketchy, wants to make "test deposit and withdrawals " confirming your account to pay rent. You cannot split rental payments online and the fees to pay are just another way to overcharge. There is literally NOTHING other than a laundry room on site, & a crappy one at best. Management is never on site, fails to respond when u need something, uninformative, unprofessional, kids constantly being loud & destructive to property as well as other tenants vehicles as the parking lot is used as a play area for kids.
trash all over property, no trash cans other than industrial size. homeless people hang out in laundry room & teens use it as a smoking area.

Managment is a joke, parking is not enforced. They say they will tow but never do. Kids constantly playing in parking lot, hitting cars with balls, yelling and screaming in front of other apartments. There are no real amenities outside of a laundry room. This complex also charges a percentage on top of the rent for water.
