Gabby and Jessica are the ultimate managers. I moved in apx two months and the management crew responds with professionalism and courtesy like no other. I highly recommend you look into this complex when you are looking for an apartment. There is a good reason there are vacancies once in a great while.

Being from a major city anything under 1500 a month would seem to underwelm or feel like a less than desirable place to rent, but I have to say that my family and I have enjoyed renting here, the amenities are medium to high standard, the pool, the appliances, cabinetry, etc. The grounds are well cared for with the exception of the attacking pigeon waste(for which they have pursued every avenue to remove this nuisance to no avail), it is well lit with cameras, and gated. The maintenance person... lives on site so he is a direct stakeholder in how the complex is cared for, and there hasn't been more than 2 days that have passed when a maintenance request wasn't filled or completed for myself. While the carpeting needs updating and more parking availability is a issue (there is only one assigned parking spot under a multi-carport per apartment) there are few things to complain about. Anyone from the valley understands this is a dry area where dust and sand collects and for a facility not to show that wear is amazing. I am constantly seeing updates and improvements happening and the neighbors are mostly law enforcement professionals so very little noise or disturbances, I think for those coming to be here for 6 months or more not prepared to buy this is a great option, if you are an out of towner please be aware of your surroundings, but overall it is a great complex. Don't stay here. The staff is horrible. Its located across the street from a 18wheeler gas station. They have a major pigeon problem. The units are old and there are lots of bugs.
