How Is This Rating Determined?

Convenient commute, nice unit

The units are new and very nice. It's close to parks and playgrounds for my daughter, and easy for me to take BART into SF. Trader Joe's and Starbucks is walking distance, as well as a little mainstreet with shops and restaurants. It's also pet friendly, which is a huge plus for me, as well as the air conditioning. I haven't tried the BBQ area yet but i'm looking forward to it. The leasing process was super easy which was nice after other experiences I've had.

Great so far

My wife and I moved in two months ago. Management is very responsive and it made move-in pretty easy. We both commute and the fact that the BART station is walking distance has proved a lot more convenient and quicker door to door than I thought. There are restaurants and coffee shops we can walk to as well. I like the hardwood floors as well and the appliances work well. We haven't had any noise or other issues.
