    Proceed with caution

    Perks: Close walk to shopping, clean laundry room, has a pool.

    Good to know: The photos of this property are misleading and seem to be photoshop color enhanced, lol it does not look that good here and majority of apartments are facing parking lot or tunnel ways, the small number of apartments facing the pool are rarely available for rent.

    Challenges: They only do a lease for 1 year because after year is over there is a rent increase, which you must accept or move out within 30 days. There is    … a no smoking rule for inside and outside property but people smoke anyways inside and outside, so smoke smell comes into apartment through walls and other places, especially if your windows are open. (no air conditioning so windows are usually open most of the year)

    Ritz Apartments is not as nice as other Apartment complexes in this area.
