I regret to share my deeply concerning experience with Avalon Encino. Living here has been nothing short of a nightmare due to the blatant disregard for resident safety and well-being by the management and corporate office.

First and foremost, the building's security is virtually non-existent. There have been multiple break-ins and incidents of vandalism, yet the management has done nothing to improve the situation. The security cameras are either broken or positioned in a way that they do not… capture critical areas, and the front entrance doors are frequently left unlocked or malfunctioning.

Adding to the safety concerns, homeless individuals are frequently found sleeping inside the building. This not only poses a security risk but also creates an uncomfortable living environment for residents. Despite numerous complaints, the management has taken no effective measures to address this issue.

In addition to the security issues, the building itself is poorly maintained, creating numerous hazards for residents. Broken elevators, unlit stairwells, and slippery walkways are just a few examples of the many dangers that are consistently ignored. Despite numerous complaints, the management seems more interested in collecting rent than addressing these serious safety concerns.

What is most disheartening is the complete indifference shown by the corporate office. Emails and phone calls go unanswered, and when we do manage to get a response, it is dismissive and devoid of any real action or commitment to improvement. It is clear that the well-being of their residents is not a priority.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against moving into Avalon Encino. The persistent security issues, hazardous living conditions, and the presence of homeless individuals inside the building, coupled with the utter lack of response from management and corporate, make it a dangerous and stressful place to live.
