Encino Woodley Apartments

The apartment manager leaves passive aggressive notes on all tenants doors. She is aggressive and comes to tenant doors on off hours and off days. She approaches tenants on grounds and speaks to them disrespectfully. The apartments are nice but not worth having to deal with being constantly harassed by apartment manager. The Apartment has also had construction on the grounds for over a year and charging full prices during construction to all tenants. 2018-2019 Jan.

Who's heard of it???? Well there is such a place and this is it! Located on a residential street with Coffee Bean, CPK, Walgreens all within one block. An older well kept 2-story rent-controlled building where your neighbors feel like family! The courtyard features an 8-foot solar heated swimming pool, umbrella tables and chaise lounges. Some of the recently remodeled apartments feature hardwood floors, ceiling fans, white cabinetry in the kitchen with granite countertops in kitchen and... bathroom, double pane windows in bedroom. Front units feature balconies either in front of the building or facing the courtyard. Other amenities include AC/Heat wall unit, dishwasher/garbage disposal, parking garage, separate laundry rooms on each floor. On-site manager!!! What more could you ask for??
