Love coming home!
We are on our 3rd year of living here and we love it! The building is beautiful, upscale, and each unit is complete with high quality materials and appliances. Management is so easy to work with. Our building Manager, Kristi, is on top of everything, and gets things done. She’s very friendly and helpful. We’ve lived in other buildings in Encino, but have never experienced a Buildijg Manager and Mangement Company that makes sure their tenants are happy. We have some annoying and inconsiderate… tenants throughout the building, but overall a great place to live. Highly recommend it.
