Secure and Responsive

Security is important to me and this is a gated property. I'm unaware of any criminal activity occurring during the 3 years I've been here. The couple of times a problem has come up, Sue the manager has quickly responded. One of my smoke alarms began beeping a low battery warning early one Sunday morning and after notifying Sue by text, the maintenance supervisor showed up to replace the battery before midmorning. All things considered, I think moving in here was a wise move. I have no… regrets.

What this add doesn't say is that Quail Creek Apartments is a Senior 55 and older Apartment Complex.

Old Timers Delight

I live in a small complex of 108 units all seniors the apartments are bright and aerie thee grounds are well kept. The unit I and my wife live in is just across f a pool surrounded by trees. It is like living at a resort. The management is more than helpful should something go wrong it is fixed pronto. we have lived there 3 years and have not found anything like it. though we would like to move closer to my grand children 35 miles away.
