Managers very rude

Manager is very rude. There’s water piping problems every other day. God knows what else there’s problems all the care about is your money Please, it’s better to look somewhere else.

There is water problem 2-3 times a week they shut off the water and leave an email. There are cockroaches everywhere.

The price is right

Casa Grande is a pretty decent place to live, for the price. Lots of beautiful palm trees in the courtyards, two swimming pools, laundry on site. The downside is the lack of parking. But for the price I won't complain.
