Country Club Villas

i’ve been here at country club villas for over 12 years. I love the property. The maintenance as well as the management in the office has been nothing but kind and sincere to me.

I absolutely love living here! The rent is very reasonable compared to other places in the area, and the value you get is excellent. One thing that really stands out is that the leasing office is responsive, professional, and actually follows through when you need assistance.

The property is always well-maintained thanks to the landscaping team, who do a great job keeping the grounds clean, attractive, and inviting. The maintenance staff is also outstanding—any issues are handled quickly and... efficiently, and they are always courteous and professional.

Overall, this has been a wonderful place to live. The combination of affordable rent, attentive management, beautiful grounds, and reliable maintenance makes this community an easy place to call home. I highly recommend it!

My husband and I have lived here for alittle over 7 months now. We had looked at quite a few places before finding the country club villas. Martha and Cindy were such a big help when it came time to moving in and have been a pleasure to work with since then. We really like how clean and well kept it the grounds are. The people around the complex are always so friendly. The maintenance people are quick with requests; the few times that we’ve had to put request for minor things to be fixed... they’ve been fixed within a couple hours to the following day. I enjoyed living here until it came time to leave. I admit that I broke my lease early, I discussed options for someone to take over my lease. Martha did not return calls to anyone that inquired and said it was not her problem to get my apartment re-leased. I referred 6 people to her and she refused to cooperate. Now I am being told that she gets to hold my apartment at the bottom of the list until she "feels like renting it out". She did not respond to my phone calls and stated because I... didn't rent there any longer she didn't have to respond. She is not a person of her word as she told me to have potential leasers contact her directly. When I gave her names of people who had called the office she called me a liar. I had someone who wanted to pay out the remainder of my lease to take the apartment and she refused to work with them. Do not trust this woman. Do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere!!! Read More

I have lived here about 18 years. Very nice apartments manger-maintenance group and owner very pleasant and helpful. Constantly up- grading grounds and exterior of buildings. Easy location to reach shopping close to freeway entrance. Allows dogs and cats has location for pick up bags for dropping. Enforced clean up after walking dogs. Very good weather, San Diego many interesting amusement parks near. Has children. I enjoy the peaceful surrounding and helpful management. Has places set up... for grilling and tables for picnic.
