Me and my family have lived here for about 20 years and nothing bad ever has happened to us. We love the community because everyone is friendly and caring . The managers care very much about all of their tenants, so I recommend this apartment!

If your looking to get your cars broken into multiple times then this is the right place for you. the managers seem to not really care about it either. my cars been broken onto twice and tires slashed 2 times already. somehow they manage to keep raising the rent way up each time the lease is due for renewal.

And they don't even care. The security is crooked or nonexistent, and the manager let's her boyfriend have the keys to all the apts.

No security, no security cameras, no visitor parking. My 83 year old grandmother had to park across the street, which is very busy and is on a blind hill. Also, you can only get into the apts coming from one way! If you park an unauthorised car any where it will be towed in a matter of minutes! No joke. My car was broken into and vandalized on 3 separate occasions. Management doesn't seem to care, they just keep unjustly raising the rent. There are roaches every where. They sprayed 1 time and... they just keep coming no matter how clean you are. Nieghbors are loud, rude and disrespectful.
