Overcharges/greedy
If you anyone does choose to live here I would say the place is nice, it’s maintained and well kept. Maintenance team was awesome when …. that team was still there. However, what I would make those who are considering this place for the next place to live is be aware of your monthly bill. Many little sneaky charges that are not well explained or made to be easy to be aware to the renter until you see later in the month your paying more for services you did not want or agree to. One more to add... on is they had a really awesome manager duo in addition to the maintenance manager, but at one point I did not see them anymore. Since then the hidden cove team was difficult to ahold of through the app and unresponsive to emails especially towards the end of your lease. Also don’t expect to your deposit, from conversations with other people who have left the community they had a similar experience of losing it from little things they mark as “damages”. With all being said really nice location but wouldn’t recommend to family or close friends. Greedy.
