Know What You're Gettibng Yourself Into

I would definitely advise you to come look at the place both during the day and night hours. You can be easily fooled by only coming during the day to visit( as it will be somewhat quiet). Complete change of atmosphere in the evening.

The apartment manager is very cheap( as far as replacing broken amenities). And the landlord is more of a slumlord.

HIGH traffic. But rent is cheaper compared to most. :)
