very dirtily cockroaches furniture is very oldest price the cost is rising

Keep looking, do not move here

Somerville villas has poor insulation. The noise from the traffic is 24/7.
If there is a problem tenant, it takes a long time for them to be removed.
There is a termite issue. The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor.
I lived here for several years. Escondido gets hot and the units don’t have proper ventilation.
