This place has gone downhill

I lived here for five years but it has steadily gone downhill. It used to be quiet, well-maintained property with effective manager, but sadly that hasn't been case last few years. Just take a walk around the property you will see landscaping and building poor condition for long term neglect. Trash is overflowing constantly, tenants not picking up after their dogs, and management not walking grounds as required. But biggest problem is Management is unresponsive, unprofessional and unethical. If… you need deal with office, it can take days and weeks for them to get back with you despite you leaving several messages. On positive note William the maintenance guy is very nice he much better last guy who never properly fixed anything. My advice is stay away their lots better managed apartments out there

This Place has Gone Downhill

I lived here for five years. It used to be nice quite community well cared for with effective manager. However, over years this place has changed a lot unfortunately not for the better. Just take a walk around you can see building and landscaping poor condition. But main issue is dealing with management they are unresponsive, unprofessional and unethical. My advice is STAY AWAY

Quite and Clean

I have now been living at the Huntcliffe for a little over month. Management is quick and reliable in having maintenance attended to quickly and professionally. The grounds are kept clean and common areas well maintained. I would definitely recommend this complex.
