Dover park is directly across from a beautiful park with a small lake. Our wide variety of floor plans offer homes with views of lush mature courtyards, the sparkling pools... and the park and is partially gated.
We are pet friendly up to 25lbs and have a great pet park. We also love families and have an afterschool program facility and playground . How Is This Rating Determined?

0 Stars if possible

Community is infested with cockroaches. They will willingly move you in knowing units are infested and will act surprised when you inform them. Pest control has mentioned property needing to be tented in order to solve infested areas property refuses to treat units. They shut water off often with no notice, the laundry facilities are always broken or closed. Maintenance is great though.

Great Location

I want to leave a review because of my experience living at Dover Park Apartments. I'm not one to write reviews but when people go out there way to help me and for me. I feel I should leave a good review letting people know how well the staff at Dover Park treat me and take care of my needs here at Dover Park. An example of one would be I recently had a problem within my apartment that I called around 4pm and it was fixed by 5pm they were here before the end of the day and problem was fixed.... They always go out of their way.
