Otherwise, the tenant is welcome to seek their own off-site laundry services; there are several options right in Fallbrook.

All Basic Utilities Included with Rent: Water, Trash, Electricity, and Propane Gas.

Basic AT&T Internet Connection and Wifi will be included and given to the tenant for their use during tenancy, as well as an already hooked-up DirecTV connection in the guest home unit. The owner is not responsible for internet speeds or if the connection is disrupted for any reason out of their control. If a tenant needs any faster speeds or additional services, they will have to obtain those on their own and at their own expense.
