safe and quite community

I've lived here since 2019. It is a small community but it is very quite and well maintained property. it is located near Fremont hub, it is walable to everything, scholl, grocery stores. It is a gated community, So I feel safe here.

Elisa, the property manager is very helpful and friendly. She always inform if there is any issue, for example:- water shutdown for fixing the leaakage repair, she always informs us in advanced.

Louis and his team help fixing any issue in property. He is... very fast and reliable for his responsibility.

I'd highly recommend Carraige House Apartment.

Like a family

I live this place over 5 years
Many friends here and many kids to play with my son.
Staff is very nice and always comes quick to fix issue
I don’t want to leave but needed bigger home.

Several Issues and disrespectul manager

- car parking issues
- gate & security

Good Location but some incorrect info given here

There is no Tennis Court, Play ground or Sauna here as mentioned under 'Fitness and Recreation' section.
Location is very convenient as its close to all market places.
Its gated society.
All Assigned parking are not under shade.
