From move in to 6 months on, almost no regrets with this apartment complex/company. The staff and maintenance are always around and able to fix or address any issue you may have. The location was the major reason I chose the apartment, (very close to 880 as well as a school, fire department, park and grocery store) but after having rented in multiple states over the past 8 years I can definitely realize that I haven't had the pleasure of a staff like this; attentive, polite, experienced and... professional. We have been living in this apartments for the last 6 years . We are happy with the friendly management and good maintenance work. Yes, in between for two months during October to December last year (2019 because of the transition from old to new owner) , the apartment complex was not properly maintained whether it is laundry or near the trash bins. But now, after the comeback of Keith and Robert (the old maintenance team)the apartment complex looks neat and clean.

A mile away from the I-880, and the Dumbarton Bridge exit. Quick walk to Lucky Grocery Store, CVS, and Barber Shop. Close drive to most fast food & sit down restaurants, 7 Eleven, gas stations, oil changes, and Bart; Bus station is across the street. Well maintained, has a pool, fitness center, playground for kids, laundry rooms, and 1 assigned parking space, with free street parking nearby. No maintenance needed the whole year I stayed here in a Studio apartment. Only complaint I have is... there's no A/C, so make sure to get lots of fans, as it is usually very hot and sweaty throughout the year, even with windows opened... Read More
