• Weather stripping and thermostat batteries
6. Tenant shall keep all provided appliances in clean, operable condition:
• Regularly clean oven, stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, etc.
7. Tenant must keep all interior and exterior areas clean, neat, and sanitary
8. Tenant shall maintain proper ventilation (use exhaust fans, open windows as needed), report signs of water leak or visible mold
9. Tenant shall not paint, drill, or make modifications without written approval
10. Tenant shall not smoke inside the home or garage.
