Cedar Springs Apartments

I lived here for about a year and a half and it was always unpleasant. I had neighbors who would deal drugs right in front of our ring camera and when we told management they pointed their finger at us which caused them to retaliate. After dealing with that whole ordeal we decided to finally move. During the walkthrough we were lied to and told everything was fine.. couple of days later they decided it was not and kept our full deposit and made us pay extra. Homeless people are usually around. Cat infestation but they want us to leave them alone rather then catch and release. Management sucks. Don't move here unless you really need a place last minute. Management makes you sign agreements and won't listen unless you sound like them. They try and charge you for anything upon moving out. Pool is not refreshing, it was always dirty, trash is thrown everywhere but the city won’t do anything because it’s private property, homeless people are always digging through the garbage, maintenance is rude, just an overall bad experience, paying way too much for too little.

This environment is quiet, the problem here is there is so many stray cats here, maintenance does not fix issues correctly within the unit. Property manager seems nice but gives a little attitude so I’m not sure if it’s actually real. Moved out last month because I just can’t deal with the cats running around everywhere!
