Great Apartments

My partner and I have lived here for a little under two years with our dog. It is always clean and management is super friendly and responsive. Any issues we’ve had have been resolved quickly. Maintenance is super friendly and very quick.

Love Creekside!

My partner and I have lived here for almost 2 years and I LOVE living at Creekside. The property is very well maintained and very clean. Our management lives on-site and is VERY responsive to any of our work orders, requests, and questions. (thanks Gina) Super friendly! It really feels like a community here and I love our neighbors. Management usually does lots of competitions and giveaways which is so fun!!!!
The apartment is only 3 minutes away from Fresno State, totally walkable to campus.… It's very spacious especially for 2 people and very well-priced for the area!!

Gettysburg can be pretty wild, but that is no fault of the property. It definitely keeps things interesting.

Oh and animal friendly, laundry room is on-site, water is included in rent, and one covered parking spot is included (parking on Gettysburg is never bad) if you were wondering :)

great apartment complex

I have lived here for a year and a half and have absolutely enjoy this place. The complex is very safe and quiet. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for an apartment. plus it’s close to Fresno State.

Pricey but worth it.

I’ve been living here since I started attending Fresno State (5 years) and it’s been great. It may seem pricey compared to other nearby places but it’s absolutely worth it. The neighbors are friendly and, I hope to not jinx it, but it’s also pretty safe. The maintenance guy and managers have also been friendly and helpful when need it. Overall a clean complex and worth it.

Nice place to live

We’ve been living here for a couple years and compared to where we’ve stayed before, we love that they keep this place clean, any maintenance issues are taken care of ASAP, management is friendly and helpful, the rent does go up every year as a downside but we rather stay knowing that any issues are resolved. Traffic can be noisey if you keep your windows open but it’s not an issue for us. It’s also pet friendly here which we like! We do recommend this place and plan staying here for a few more… years.
