Crystal Tree

Lived at Crystal Tree For awhile now. Absolutely love it here. Great amenities, beautiful landscape and the staff is amazing. They are very understanding, listens to your concerns and handle issues very well. I appreciate all they have done for me!

We are current residents at crystal tree apartments and can't wait to get out of here due to poor manaagement in the office in particular Hannah and ray. They keep changing rent amount and and some changes they make they let us know at the last minuet and we have to run around, because of them we have allocated fees from our bank as well as many fees from crystal tree apartment it's costing us far more than for what it is worth. Why should you NOT live here?
1) As a 25 year old female student, I had no protection from their security nor assistance from their staff after having a man peer into my bedroom while fondling himself on 10/22/16 only to be told by their office that "nothing like that has happened at Crystal Tree". I had to ask the office for an additional lock on my door for my safety and installed black-out curtains for which I was charged for gallons of paint upon my move-out to cover the holes from the… nails used to hang them.
2) Furthermore, to avoid an encounter with the man who peered into my bedroom, I began to park in the front of the Crystal Tree complex. I had no assistance from their staff after my car was hit-and-run and subsequently totaled on their property on 3/13/17. I asked the staff to help me contact police but to no avail.
3) Saved the best for last: upon my move-out, after living at Crystal Tree for just 1 year - I was charged a bogus $1,300 in damages (replacement of entire carpet, hours of labor to "re-caulk", nearly $200 to remove old carpet and clean new carpet, etc.). I've lived here for about 5 months and it is a great community and its very fun. This is great for a family that wants peace and quiet but still wants to have fun. I made a couple of friends in about a week. It has amazing amenities. They have a great pool with hot tubs, which my kids love going to. It also has an amazing great game room and gym. They also have a bunch of others places like tennis court/basketball and volley ball court. They also have a great a great BBQ spot and community room.… The workers in the office are so nice and always have great things for everyone to get together. I would totally recommend these luxury apartments to any one who wants a beautiful and affordable living space. The apartments range from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom with so many different layouts comfortable for almost any family. My family has loved living here , they are very AMAZING apartment . Read More
