My wife and I, along with our five kids, moved into Golden Gardens earlier this year, and it’s truly been a great experience. The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff is always friendly and attentive. But what really makes this place feel like home is Louisa, the office manager. This was my first apartment on my own as well as with my boyfriend. The location isn't the best for the price they're asking for but the management (Tasha) is amazing. She was always on top of communication, any problems/complaints we had, responded in a timely matter and made it her best effort to make sure her tenants were comfortable and happy. We were extremely happy with Tasha and we're so fortunate to have had an amazing experience the first time we got our own apartment with management.… She set the bar very high for what we expect from management for our future homes. If we could take Tasha with us for our next apartment, we would!

The property itself was a little messy due to so many kids being outside. The biggest issue we had was we just didn't have our own W/D in our unit. We used the properties Washer and Dryers and it made my skin very itchy which we were then unable to continue to use them. They also have a gym insight that was Ok but a lot of kids were going in and out while we tried working out which created a lot of frustration. High rent, poor area, not safe, not clean, if they fix anything its shady work at best. Infested with rats and roaches. They rent to drug sellers and abusers, not a high wnd place they try to make it to be. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy if I had any. Not a safe place for families.

The apartments look nothing like the stage unit they show you the "remodle" is shoddy at best and let's not forget the cockroach infestation. Also they dont do anything about noise here. Kids cuss and run amock no parent supervision. Neighbors smoke pot which comes into the apartments since the doors arent properly sealed. Theres also always a problem staff is not helpful and hardly ever in the office if they arent shutting off the water for hours it's something else.
